Apparently, on his way back to Mumbai, he saw someone injured on the road and stepped out of his car to help. Naturally, Karanvir called for an ambulance and saw to it that the victim was taken to the hospital. But during the course of the incident, he noticed that the milestone at the spot, where he found the stranger, read '125kms to Jaipur'.About the incident, Karanvir said, "A milestone bearing the same number as my film's name gave me an eerie feeling."
