Alia Bhatt might have silenced her critics with All India Backchod's Alia Bhatt: Genius of the Year video and proved that she is quite a sport, even when it comes to laughing at herself. However she has to try harder to not repeat the gaffes which made her the butt of many twitter jokes.

During the launch of her new clothing line, the actress was asked to name the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and not only Bhatt say Prithviraj Chavan, she mispronounced Chavan's name and called him 'Prithviraj Chouhan'. When the interviewer informed her that Chavan, in fact has already resigned, the actress, in her adorable way, looked shocked and inquired, "He resigned?!"

Following that moment, which brought back the horrific memory of the Koffee With Karan goof-up, the actress in order to make up for her mistake, urged the interviewer to delete that portion of the clip. Bhatt informed her interviewer that she has watched Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Madison Square Garden speech and have also followed his Central Park event. She even tried to quote Modi's speech from the park and fumbled and said,'he said "Hugh Jackman live strong" or something like that.'
